Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate, you must file for graduation with the Registrar's Office. You should file 3 terms before you expect to graduate.
After you have filed for graduation, an audit will be generated that will tell you if you have met the UNIVERSITY requirements at OSU. Those requirements include:
- 180 credits (This will be different for double degree students)
- 60 upper division credits (300-400)
- 24 of the 60 upper division credits must be in the College of Science
- 45 of your last 75 credits at OSU
You can view your audit of the above requirements online by going into Student Online Services and viewing your Degree Evaluation.
You must make a graduation assessment appointment with your general advisor to do a preliminary audit. Call (541) 737-2404 to schedule this appointment, make sure you tell them you are making your graduation assessment appointment, and come to the appointment prepared with the following items:
- a checklist from your specialization advisor showing what courses you have taken to fulfill your specialization and what courses remain to be completed
- internship information and approval form
- if appropriate, a checklist from your international advisor showing what courses you have taken to fulfill your specialization and what courses remain to be completed
- yearly plan filled out to indicate which courses you plan to take
