Priority Registration
Your registration date is based on your class standing and your last name. You can determine your class standing by looking at the number of credits you have completed plus the number of credits you have in progress:
Freshman 1-44, Sophomore 45-89, Junior 90-134, Senior 135+
Now look up your class and last name in the Priority Registration Schedule.
How do I get into a closed course that I need?
If you cannot get into a course you need, you can go to the department offering the course and get on a waiting list or get a registration waiver. The location of departments can be found in the OSU Catalog or by viewing the departments online.
